Usually the design is done based on the load, which is on product or on boxes. If the product inside the box is going to take the load during the stacking then 3 ply box is sufficient to do the requirement or else we normally suggest for 5 ply boxes. Also based on the shipping style, we suggest the number of ply and strength of the box etc.

Brown tape is more durable than transparent tape and is resistant to abrasion and UV radiation. Brown tape is more water resistant than transparent, Brown tape is more temperature tolerant than transparent tape.

Brown tape is commonly used in warehousing and moving companies. Transparent tape can be used for putting up notices, sealing letters, or securing gauze or a small bandage.
